Since I first updated you on our response to the coronavirus on March 17th, much has changed in and around our communities. My intent is to remain transparent and communicate how we are working to ensure we remain as operational and productive as possible during this difficult time.
My primary focus is to ensure the health and safety of my staff and the citizens we serve and our ability to serve and support both. To ensure we continue to accomplish both, we continue to carefully monitor and comply with all Local, State and Federal guidelines relative to employee safety and public safety while continuing our office operations.
The Calhoun County Property Appraiser’s office is closed to walk-in services until further notice. We will continue to conduct business with you by telephone, fax, email and web services. There is a drop box placed by the front doors to the Courthouse for the public to drop off documents to the offices within the Courthouse. If you need to drop off a document for this office, please put it in an envelope and address it to “Calhoun County Property Appraiser – Room 112”
